NetSuite SCM Fulfillment Request is a transaction that acts as an intermediary step between the sales order and the fulfillment stage of the order fulfillment workflow. Fulfillment request fulfillment types include ship, or store pickup. Ship is to ship to a customer from a store location instead of a warehouse location, which results in an item fulfillment record. Store pickup is for a customer to pick up from a store location, which results in a store pickup fulfillment record.

NetSuite SCM Store Pickup Fulfillment feature enables the fulfillment of sales orders from a retail location instead of a warehouse or distribution center. Create a store pickup fulfillment record on which you mark the items as picked. Then, when the customer visits the store to collect the items, mark the items as picked up on the store pickup fulfillment record.
